Just reaching out to say thank you for an amazing trip to Cape Town! ✨ Traveling with three kids (and a toddler!) is usually stressful, but we were so relaxed because of your excellent planning. The Hilton stay in Nairobi was wonderful, the itinerary was spot on, and all our drivers were highly skilled. Hotel in Capetown was within CBD, very easily accessible to all activities in Capetown.. A heated pool in the hotel with the city's view was cherry on top! Breath taking experience! All this wouldn't be possible without your thoughtful planning! We also really appreciated that your team was always available online to help us! One small piece of feedback for the future: when you send the flight PDF, it would be super helpful if you could briefly mention(highlight) the flight routing in the message too. We completely missed that our return flight was via Livingstone (our fault for not checking the tickets closely!), but if we had noticed, we would have definitely planned a day or two in Zambia too with you!! Also please emphasize on booking a connecting room for our next trip for a smooth transition from one room to another since we were with kids. Overall, it was a fantastic, memorable, pleasant experience, and we are definitely planning our next tours with you guys. Thank you again! You guys are simply the best!

Well organized trip. Seamless airport transfers and hotel checki-in. The BNI meetings were well coordinated. The city tours, the quad bike and 4x4 land cruiser desert tour and cruise dinner were absolutely memorable. I would choose Kendirita Tours and Travel any time.

This firm should be awarded the highest award in tourism. They helped me arrange two complex visits to the Kenyan coast. In one, I had a blind, near deaf and lame kidney patient accompanied by 3 members of staff. They found us suitable rooms and helped us get the requisite menu for the patient. from time to time they checked on us to see whether everything was okay, and when it was not, they sorted it out. The service Kendrita gives is all encompassing care. They ensure that they work with your budget, then proceed to take care of every aspect of booking a holiday: connections, transfers, and specific requests. They have helped me with several international travels and i have come to trust their work. Apart from their sheer efficiency, they are very caring and do frequent follow ups on how everything is going. I call them holiday completers because they are keen on ensuring everything, even what you are not aware of is taken care of. To meet their clients' needs, they are flexible and always ready to listen. They keep their promises and give you the confidence that you are in good hands. And then you go on and find that you were indeed in the best of hands! Hongera to my favourite travel partners!

Best tours and travel agency I have used. My family is large so there was a lot of planning and back and forth! And through it all, the customer service was 10/10! Once the trip was planned, they helped us even when we were on holiday. From checking us into our flight and sending our boarding passes, to making sure we had the contact of our driver, and even making sure we were at the airport on time. Even issues at the hotel when checking in were handled very well by them! I will definitely be making all my bookings through them from now on! 10/10!!
