This is a 7 days/06 nights pilgrimage tour to the holy land. The tour is packaged with Ethiopian Airlines timings. The Tour is a lifetime experience with a visit to places mentioned in the holy bible including Nazareth, Bethlehem, Jericho, the Dead Sea and many more.
The Tour is based on group departure of a minimum 16 people and is good for all age groups and good all year round. The accommodation is in three-star superior Hotels in Israel on a Half board Meal Plan but Lunch is provided while on your tour.
Arrival in Israel:
On arrival at Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv with Ethiopian Airlines at 03:40am, you will be met by our representative and assisted through customs then you will be transferred to your hotel on the coast of the Mediterranean for rest.
DAY 1: CAESAREA, MEGIDDO, MT. CARMEL
You will have your breakfast and later drive to visit the Roman city of Caesarea with its amazing excavations. You will pass by Megiddo overlooking the Jezreel Valley - the Valley of Armageddon. You will then drive on to Muhraka, and then continue to Mt. Carmel where Elijah defeated the Priests of Baal, with a breathtaking view of the north of Israel.

DAY 2: NAZARETH & CANA
This morning, you will enjoy your breakfast then proceed to visit Nazareth and visit the Church of Annunciation which is one of the focal points in Nazareth. The church is built on the original Byzantine church and the crypt includes the cave of the Annunciation where the Angel Gabriel is said to have appeared to Mary. Afterwards, stroll through the market area to visit the synagogue where Jesus is believed to have preached. Drive to Cana, see the site of the first Miracle where Jesus turned water into wine. Renewal of marriage vows.

DAY 3: SEA OF GALILEE, BOAT RIDE & YARDENIT
After breakfast drive to Mount of Beatitudes. Next, visit Capernaum on the northwest shore where Jesus began his preaching career. The town was also well known during the Second Temple, Roman and Byzantine periods. Visit Mensa Christi. Continue to Tabgha, the site of the Miracle of the Multiplication and proceed to visit Yardenit Baptismal Site ‐ full baptism for those who are interested. End your day with an afternoon Boat Ride on the Sea of Galilee ‐ Time for Prayer & reflection.

DAY 4: JERICHO, QUMRAN & THE DEAD SEA
You wake up to enjoy your breakfast before driving to Jericho, a flourishing oasis in the Judean Desert and the first city conquered by Joshua in the Promised Land. Enter the city and stop by the old Sycamore tree, believed to be the tree on which Zacchaeus climbed to see Jesus. You get a chance to view Mt. of Temptation then visit Qumran, the remains of a desert settlement where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered. Continue to the Dead Sea - the lowest spot on earth for a unique floating and swimming experience. Next, visit Bethany. Visit Lazaro's Tomb. Ascent to Jerusalem, the messenger city of peace and cradle of the 3 monotheistic religions, with a ceremony of arrival and prayer on Mount Scopus.

DAY 5: MT. OF OLIVES & BETHLEHEM
After breakfast, visit to the Mount of Olives; view over all of ancient and modern Jerusalem, visit the Chapel of the Ascension, the Pater Noster Church where Jesus taught his disciples the Lord's Prayer. Visit the Church of Dominius Flevit ‐ where Jesus wept over the city of Jerusalem, then walked down the "Palm Sunday Road" to the Garden of Gethsemane where he prayed the prayer of Agony and was betrayed by Judas. Drive to Bethlehem the birthplace of Jesus. The town is dominated by the Church of the Nativity, built on the grotto where Jesus is believed to have been born. Visit the Shepherd's Field on the outskirts of Bethlehem where the angels appeared to the shepherds to announce the birth of Jesus.

DAY 6: MT. ZION & VIA DOLOROSA
After breakfast, proceed to visit Mount Zion and the Upper Room of the Last Supper and King David's Tomb. Next, visit the Church of St. Peter in Gallicantu built on the site of the house of the high priest Caiaphas. Enter the Old City. Walk through colourful bazaars. Visit the Pool of Bethesda. Walk along the Via Dolorosa also called the "Way of the Cross", Jesus' route from Pilate's judgement hall to Golgotha.

DAY 7: GARDEN TOMB, EIN KEREM, JAFFA & DEPARTURE
After late breakfast start the day with a Holy Communion at the Garden Tomb. Continue to visit Proceed to Ein Kerem & the John the Baptist Church. Then drive to the Ancient Sea Port of Jaffa, known to be the oldest Seaport in the world. Free time for shopping. Enjoy a Farewell dinner before departing to the airport.
