This safari is great for wildlife and adventure loves who also want to enjoy the culture of the people of Kenya. It is a 3 days/2 nights flying safari that begins and ends in Nairobi and suitable for individuals, couples, families and groups.
Lewa Wildlife Conservancy is about 260kms from Nairobi. It has spectacular views to Mt. Kenya to the south and arid lowlands to the north. The Lewa-Borana landscape has a high wildlife density and is home to diverse species. The conservancy provides a suitable and safe habitat for threatened wildlife, enabling other key African species thrive.
Itinerary
Upon arrival at the airstrip‚ you will be met by our driver guide who will take you for a short game drive as you drive to the camp. You are expected to arrive at the camp in good time for check in then lunch and immediately proceed for an afternoon game drive within the conservancy.
DINNER AND OVERNIGHT AT THE CAMP
You will set out just before sunrise for an early morning game drive as you enjoy the richness of the Park's wildlife and endless savannah. The game driving is outstanding with plenty of black rhinoceros‚ buffalo‚ the rare Grevy Zebra and resident predators‚ to a backdrop of beautiful views of snowcapped Mt. Kenya.
You will return to the camp for breakfast then enjoy other activities of your choice at the Camp.
You will later take an evening game drive but be back to the lodge in good time for dinner and have the rest of the evening at leisure.
DINNER AND OVERNIGHT AT THE CAMP
Today you will enjoy a final early morning game drive. Return back to the camp for breakfast‚ after which you will be transferred to the air strip for your return flight to Nairobi's Wilson Airport.
On arrival you will be met by our representative who will transfer you to the international airport for your flight back home or be transferred to your hotel.
