Summary
Kiambethu tea farm is just 40 Minutes' drive from the heart of Nairobi and provides a tranquil insight in the life of a settler farm. The tea firm is located at an altitude of 7000 feet above sea level and has lush acres of tea plantations that seem to vanish in the horizon. It is one of Kenya's oldest tea farms, two English families, Mitchell & McDonnell in the early 1900's, built the Estate. These families are said to be the first to have ventured into the tea business
